Body Symmetry is a holistic, whole body wellness center with various programs such as detoxification, weight loss and wellness. Services include; colon hydrotherapy, ion foot bath, Bioelectrical Impedance Measurement scanning, food sensitivity and nutritional testing, Mesotherapy and speaking engagements. With additional services pending Body Symmetry will soon be the only full service detoxification center in the Triangle area.

History

Established in 2007.

Body Symmetry began in Massachusetts in the 90’s offering colonics. The need to educate clients regarding nutrition became apparent, so cooking classes and nutrition consults were added. After relocating to Raleigh, Body Symmetry services were expanded to include: Bioelectrical Impedance Measurement scans, Weight Loss Program, Wellness Program, meals services and lecture series.

Business Owner

I am a mother, health advocate, holistic nutrition lifestyle consultant, colon therapist, lecturer, cancer survivor, educator, and perpetual student. I hold a Masters of Science with high honors in Holistic Nutrition and a Bachelors of Art in Psychology. As a Colon Hydrotherapist I am certified by the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy and the National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy. I also serve as secretary of the North Carolina Colon Hydrotherapy Safety Association and vice president of the American Holistic Medical Association. I have also completed Level 4 in Touch for Health training and am trained in Bio-​Electrical Impedance Measurement testing. I am co-​founder and facilitator of the GET LEAN Weight Loss and Wellness Program as well as the Prescription for Wellness Program. I also co-​authored the program-​specific cookbook, Here’s to Your Health.
