First of all, MR. BILL is an aircraft mechanic for American Airlines. I am not complaining about Bill’s tuning service, but on the manner he DECEIVES you on cost. He confirmed $135 over the phone and in person, but ended up gouging me up for an additional $25. He NEVER ???????? mentioned anything more on any additional costs, but I guess he’s hard up for money. It’s discouraging that in today’s society you can’t TRUST anyone and their are dishonest individuals like Mr. Bill.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INDIVIDUAL, BUT IF YOU DO HIRE HIM; HAVE HIM SEND YOU A WRITTEN TOTAL QUOTE….

I’ve been using Bill to tune my piano for a couple of years now. He is always flexible since I work so much. He is very professional and I can tell he has a lot of years experience in this business. If I have any questions or requests he will do his best to answer them, his goal is to make happy customers. I won’t ever use anyone else to tune my piano…
