Bed Bath & Beyond

I was shopping today for a pillow, and the associate «TJ» was overly accommodating and listened to my needs and what I wanted in regards to my preferences to the pillow.
Anyway, I bought it and he happily explained the return policy and if I didn’t like it, bring it back, no questions asked. He was VERY friendly!
I tried out the pillow, (my opinion is irrelevant to this review), and didn’t like it, so I went back to return it.
Upon arrival, however, «Kathy» proclaimed they were closed, as I was standing next to another customer. The website said differently, so with a look of disdain, she offered to get the manager and closed the door on us. When inside, I decided I’d rather be helped by the other associate than her due to her unwelcoming nature. She was very accommodating throughout the return.
I later spoke to the manager and explained my case and my expectations as both a former retail worker and a customer, and he understood and apologized immediately.
I’d say their customer service was excellent with the exception of said associate.

I find myself in a BBB more & more. Love all the choices & brands. Plus, I always get those 20% off coupons in the mail.
I’ve come here for Real Simple boot fillers & a Nautica bed quilt. I’ve been pleased with both purchases, especially because of the brands & prices.
Employees are always helpful & friendly. Prices are reasonable & there is plenty of parking.

This place is cool. After wandering around Steinmart for an hour and looking at comforters (while not finding anything we liked), we headed to BB&B.
The employee working in the bedding department was very friendly (albeit very hard to understand) but she tried to be helpful.
We finally found a comforter for $ 30 less than the one we «kinda» liked at Steinmart (with the 20% off coupon) and could not be more pleased. :D
Also, the front desk lady was super sweet as well and «ooh’d and aah’d» over our comforter selection. :D

I’ve always loved BB&B for their wide selection in home/​house décor.
Remember to bring you coupons; 20% off a single item or $ 5 off $ 15 purchase. You can use as many coupons as your heart desires in one transaction. Forgot them? No worries. Just bring your coupons next time with your reciept and they will make the adjustment. Also don’t throw away your expired coupons!!!
Walked to BB&B from the mall and needed to pick up some cooking items and kitchen storage solutions. Good customer service and GREAT selection in Clearance items!!! A+++++

Stopped by about 5 minutes before closing to get a gift from a bridal registry– I hated to do this and was prepared for poor or rushed service. Pleasantly surprised when all the workers (but especially Akeem) were so kind and helpful. I love this place because they let you use those 20% off coupons even after they expire. :) But the great customer service prompted me to Unilocal about it!

Best BB&B I’ve been to in the Southeast! Awesome customer service! So helpful with finding items and even helped with coupons!

Your run of the mil BB&B, however this has to be the best location in all of the Triangle. They were super friendly, and I do wish this place was closer!

Every BB&B seems to be a little different as far as store layout goes. This one is probably not one of my favorites to visit, but don’t get me wrong, I love to visit a good BB&B and drool over the kitchen gadgets.
This location: Aisles are seemingly way too narrow, and product is strategically set up in the middle of the Aisles so as to impede a person’s ability to get through the store or around other shoppers. For those who are like me, and do not like crowded cramped spaces, this is just not the place to be. I will literally freak out and just get out of a place like this when it gets too crowded for me.
What I do like — they accept expired BB&B coupons: o) and Lord knows we have plenty of those 20% ones laying around!

This isn’t the best location I have been to, sometimes when I go things are messy and not well put together. They have a great staff though that the majority of the time is quite friendly.
