History

Established in 2003.

— Our lead engineers have been involved in IT industry since early nineties. The idea of the firm was to create a one-​stop-​IT-​Shop. Allora’s philosophy was based on experience gathered from working for other IT companies prior to 2003 and it can be summarized as follows:

1) proactive approach always beats reactive because it is cheaper, easier and significantly less stressful. Thus establishing a schedule for maintenance and inspection is essential

2) response time for dealing with unexpected issues must be less than one business day

3) a customer always has access to reports of performed IT services prior to receiving an invoice

There should be NO TAXATION on computer infrastructure: if there’s no labor — there’s no charge, Allora bills only for tangible work provided to a customer.

Sergey N.

Business Owner

Sergey has been in the IT industry since 1994 and has a background in physics, engineering and computer science. His main skill set includes building networks (Microsoft, Linux, Apple), disaster recovery, PHP programming, MySQL, Joomla and Web-​portal deployments. Many of Allora’s clients have worked with Sergey in his capacity of both a systems administrator and a web developer.
