I was having issues with my fingerprinting at one of the staten island ups stores and after getting frustrated with the lack of help and horrible customer service, I scheduled to come here. The man behind the counter took the time to help me out and speak with customer service because it was required by the background screening company. He was friendly and was able to assist each customer to the best of his ability while speaking to the customer service representatives. I’m more than happy that I drove here just because of the amazing customer service. Thank you again for helping me with everything. The toll was well worth it.

I took my Aunt to the local ups store to mail a package. The person behind the counter, who was an older asian man, was extremely rude to us. When we asked if he had any boxes, he curtly told us to use one of the envelopes. Then when it was apparent the package would not fit he demanded we put the envelope back. Eventually we selected a box, which was priced around a ridiculous $ 7. After finally being rung up and leaving, we realized that he circled 6 tracking numbers. My Aunt checked each one and all of them were wrong! Fortunately the package was received, but not without significant worrying before hand. Also note that the whole time as my Aunt inquired about the delivery of the package, the man’s demeanor was openly rude. I’m not talking rude as if maybe he was having a bad day, but rude as if this man had a personal problem with us. I was not aware of anything we did that would have provoked him. Also, my Aunt is a very polite and soft spoken lady. We found his behavior and attitude to be offensive and I will never ever come here again for any future services.
