Handmade pierogi, potato pancakes, and stuffed cabbage.

History

Established in 1994.

My store opened December 1994. I started working here 6 months after it opened for a man and his mother. Mrs. Schall made pierogis from her home before opening Pierogi Palace. 5 years after working for the Schall family Mrs. Schall retired in 1999. Her son Larry who opened the store with her taught me everything there was to know about making pierogi. Unfortunately 3 years later he passed away in a tragic car accident in 2002. I was offered the opportunity to buy the business at that time. I expected and here i am 13 years later. I take much pride in what i do here. Handmade pierogi is a dieing art.
