Always good food. I am sad to see a for sale sign in the window though. Quick meals and quick service. Make sure to seat yourself and cash only. Also, very friendly staff and can get crowded but, worth the wait! Order in if you dont have time.

Can’t beat the price at this cash only, local breakfast spot. Clean, quick and very tasty simple breakfast.

Great spot to get a quick and tasty breakfast! The place is small and not much to look at. I prefer sandwiches for breakfast for all my coworkers and we were all happy with the sandwiches. Yummy!

Just had breakfast here. Pretty good food and good service. It’s old school mom and pop restaurant I would definitely recommend eating here.

This business is now closed! BUT… this was my boyfriend and my go-to place for random Saturday or Sunday morning breakfasts. Awesome food, cheap, delicious, very close to where we live. It was so sad when we drove up to it last weekend and it was gone :(

The name of this place piqued my interest! I was confused when we got there because the place had«For Sale» signs on the windows. We were getting ready to leave until we saw someone go in. Nothing spectacular about how the place looks… but the food makes up for it! I had the pancakes and turkey sausage. It was pretty good. I read the place was good for breakfast. I enjoyed the food. I would go back again.

Terrible. I feel like I just left the Twilight Zone this place is so dated, and not in the good way. The diner was dark and a little smelly, which is reasonable since it hasn’t been updated since the 40s. The food was bland at best, and I had to spit out the home fries. Even the coffee was undrinkable. We both came home with stomach aches. I have no idea how this place is still around, especially with the new«young professional» crowd moving in.

I’m a fan of good, cheap breakfast food. If you want a tasty, inexpensive morning meal try out Mr Apple Pies. Nothing fancy here just good food. It was packed on a Sunday morning. Bar was full and so were all the booths. I got two eggs, a thick slice of Virgina ham, and some delicious crispy homemade home fries! Yum! Also the side of French Toast was very good. Lightly sprinkled confectioners syurp atop and maple syurp. Bill for two with extra side was $ 24. The décor has a 70 era charm. I personally don’t agree with it but the focus here is the food. Waitresses were friendly and menu extensive.

Best French toast I have ever tasted in my life so far!! and they have turkey sausage!!! I have yet to try anything else from here, but based off their French toast, I would guess everything is good.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Great food, great prices, and, most importantly, fantastic coffee. Service is fast and polite. And the food is great. If you want a good, fast meal at a good price, this is the place to get it.

My rating is based on their breakfast sandwich! I Just had a Taylor ham, egg and cheese(mozzarella) roll and it was amazing! It literally had five pieces of Taylor ham, two eggs and a thick, melted slice of cheese. It cost about 6 bucks and it was worth every penny. It took about 10 minutes to prepare and they’re cash only. Only thing I’m worrying about is a possible heart attack, but again it was worth it! Much better than spending your cash on the stuff at DD. Enjoy!

Cute little hole in the wall. Food n prices were good, service was good but we were a little lost being it was our first time there. We didn’t know that u seat yourself or had to get up n ask for the bill at the counter n realized they only took cash as we pulled up to the place. But all in all I’d go there again!

Tried this joint again. Was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with our breakfast. It’s like they did a 180 with their service. Staff was friendly and served us right away. Food tasted good and coffee was again excellent. Bill was very inexpensive. Will come here again.

I once came here around when I was a freshman in high school,(22 now) xD, anyway, I rarely knew what kind of old fashion American food should I usually order except spaghetti, baked ziti, pasta, or chicken sandwich. But I decided to take a chance with chicken Parmesan, and holy smokes, was the portion big! It was seriously the size as IHOP! Speaking of chicken Parmesan, it was very good, simple, tasty, can’t say nothing or explain any better. If you’re a beginner at this little restaurant, then yeah, try that. I hope to go there again with a pair of friends, I like dining with friends and it’s a nice place with an old décor atmosphere for any age really. Young or old, it feels homely. You can’t miss it either, I walk pass really often, plus the name of the restaurant really gets stuck in your head after hearing about it once.
