Restoring Relaxation

As much as I’d like to leave a good review, I can’t. I purchased massage vouchers for 2 60 minutes Deep Tissue Massages using Groupon. I tried several times to call this business with the number Groupon provided, but I was never able to speak with anyone. I then tried texting, still nothing. I looked up the business on Google and I found their Facebook and Webpage. I sent messages through both. After not getting any return calls and no reply, I contacted Groupon with my complaint. It was then and only then, the business text me. They never called. They wanted me to book my massages, buy get this… They could only do Sundays or early mornings during the week. I work during the day until 3:30pm and Sundays are full for me and my family with church. They were not accommodating at all. Now as far as massages are concerned I do not know if they are any good, but their communication and business skills are horrible.
