Business Owner

I first began taking piano lessons in 1979. My involvement in piano was basically performing and accompaniment only, until 2001. That year I was invited to audition at a music school as an instructor. To this day I am still a piano teacher, getting students involved every year in the National Guild. In 2003 friends suggested I go into the tuning business. I trained at the Kircher Piano Technical Training Institute in Oak Park, Illinois. Since then I have done around thirteen hundred tunings and, with assistants, done a few piano restoration projects.
