History
Established in 2007.
Began as mainly a wood restoration company in 07, but the passion for the restoration grew into stone, brick, concrete ect. We have become certified lead paint renovators being able to remove lead coatings from structures. Plus we have been certified in Wood care since 08. Midwest Maintenance LLC provides services with value to our customers, protecting their investments while keeping them looking great.

I grew up in Racine WI and I have been working in the service business since I was a young boy. Started mowing lawns and shoveling snow at the age of ten. I understand the importance of quality work and relationships with customers from years of learning to go the extra mile. I’ve done a lot of different types of work and was good at most but the service I provide now I truly enjoy. I started Midwest when I was 24 years old and had a lot of learning to do. I was in construction prior to this and one day a customers asked me to wash their deck and I did some research and did the deck and it looked great, every since that day I was hooked. So I continued to work construction and added the power washing service as a extra. As the economy fell so did the construction trade but the washing moved forward. As I learned more and more I decide to leave the construction trade and go into the power washing service while specializing in Wood restoration
