Picked us up on time but did not know where Carmax was located. Took us where he thought it was, he was lost. I pulled out my phone to guide us to the correct location. I don’t know if this resulted in additional fare. He was not able to take a credit card in vehicle although logo is in cab. He has to call someone else who was not available. He took me to gas station to get cash.

I am from out of town, so did not know which cab to call. I lucked out! The driver was great! It was Easter morning and I had an early flight to Seattle, so I had to get to the airport. He was prompt, nice to talk to and I will definitely use this company next time I am in town.

I use these guys to transit between Amtrak, various hotels and Skydive Midwest. Fantastic service with a huge smile. If you find yourself jumping out here and you lack a car, give A1 a call. You won’t be disappointed.

I had to go from Amtrak and make several stops, and this cab was like having a personal driver. He knew where to go, and was very friendly.
