This is my new favorite spot when I visit down here. They have the best pizza and wings. Very friendly and courteous service.

Not a horrible bathroom to stop at on a road trip if you have to go. Two toilets but no divider in the girls’ room.

For the higher gas price as compared to next door at Fasmart, I would have expected cleaner bathrooms and a cleaner food store. I won’t be back.

It’s a gas station, sure. Prices are reasonable, pumps work well enough and selection in the store is decent. Nothing much special in any way. The main reason I wanted to note the station is that the access off of the freeway — or perhaps onto the freeway — has these arms, much like those you would see in Blazing Saddles — so that they can control the flow of traffic in the event of the need to evacuate, since this is(presumably) the evacuation route. What I find really interesting is that if this works like other evacuation routes(see I26 in South Carolina) is that traffic will undoubtedly back up. If it does, and if traffic cannot exit, then surely people will run out of gas. If they do, are they then not allowed to get to the gas station?
