Thyme Square Café is a family-​owned restaurant featuring fresh, seasonal, locally-​sourced products. All of our dishes are prepared fresh in-​house & feature the finest foods the Quincy area has to offer. Business Owner

Cory & Erica have both been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years. Cory’s passion for food & Erica’s passion for customer service combine to motivate their staff in meeting the customer’s high expectations. They were introduced to the farm-​to-​table concept 8 years ago, in St. Louis, and have enjoyed bringing the Quincy community together with their surrounding local farms since 2010.
