The View Restaurant and Tavern is a full-service restaurant and bar that overlooks the beautiful landscape at Presidents Golf Course. The View Restaurant and Tavern opened in May 2009 and is open year round for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The View offers multiple flat screen televisions allowing patrons to view all sports games. The View has a function space that holds 25 – 200 people inside and outside. During the winter months there is a heated outdoor patio with see-through sides. The View Restaurant and Tavern is not only for golf outings but also a great spot for baby showers, office parties, holiday parties, reunions, wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, private functions and bereavements gatherings. Chris Carr the owner of The View Restaurant and Tavern is a graduate from The Culinary Institute of American (C.I.A) and has been event planning and catering since 1992 when he started Boston Butler. Is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and has been in the hospitality Industry for over 30 years, working from the Blue Blood Brown Stones of Beacon Hill to the Sun Drenched Shores of Miami Beach. Chris has designed and executed events for many prestigious clients including the McDonald’s Corporation, The City of Boston and The Boston Stock Exchange. He prides himself on exceptional service, attention to detail and customer satisfaction; consequently, a significant amount of The View business is from repeat and referral customers.
