Our goal at Skoler & DiMarzio Orthodontics is to provide the finest orthodontic care available in the South Shore. Our patients are very important to us, and we strive to give personal attention and care to every one of them and their families. We want to help you attain a beautiful smile, and we want the experience to be a pleasant one!

Good orthodontics is more than excellent clinical skills and state-​of-​the-​art equipment. Establishing lasting relationships with our patients, based upon mutual trust and open communication, is an important factor. Working together, Dr. Peter M. Skoler and Dr. Michael P. DiMarzio can give you the smile you’ve always wanted.

History

Established in 1983.

Dr. Peter Skoler started the practice in 1983, with Dr. Michael DiMarzio joining in 2008. Both doctors completed their orthodontic training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Because of this shared background, Dr. Skoler and Dr. DiMarzio have a similar treatment philosophy that allows them to seamlessly work together on cases both simple and complex. Dr. Skoler and Dr. DiMarzio continue their education by frequently attending orthodontic conferences and participating in the Spear Study Club, a multidisciplinary group of dentists that meet to review complex cases and learn the most advanced techniques to achieve the best in function and esthetics.

Business Owner

Dr. Peter M. Skoler is a Quincy native who has been a practicing orthodontist for over 30 years. He graduated with honors from Tufts Dental School. Dr. Skoler then completed a two-​year specialty program at Tufts in orthodontics.

Dr. Skoler maintains active membership in the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society and The South Shore District Dental Society.

Dr. Michael P. DiMarzio grew up in Nashua, New Hampshire. He graduated with honors from Boston College, earning a degree in biochemistry, and attended the University of Connecticut Dental School for his dental education. He completed a two-​year specialty program in orthodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. DiMarzio is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, The South Shore District Dental Society.
