Bill was extremely thorough when he came to treat my home for mice. He treated internally, externally, and showed me how the traps worked. He came back a second time within days to treat my home again when I found the traps sprung, and my home has been clean ever since! I will recommend Bill to anyone that needs pest removal as I am extremely happy with his results.

I called reliant pest co because I was panicked about bed bugs. He was so nice and drove 40 minutes out if the way to inspect my mothers house. He spent a full hour inspecting beds and couches. Lucky for me there was no evidence of bed bug but he spent lots of time inspecting and explaining how they work and what to look for. Took a great deal of time at no charge to explain and inspect.
So nice and helpful. We will certainly call Bill if we encounter any more pest problems!

I called Reliant Pest Management because we had what we found out were bald-​faced hornets nest stuck to the overhang of our home.
Bill Godfrey was, in a word, awesome! He responded immediately when we called and arrived at our house in about 30 minutes. He did an amazing job! He was knowledgeable about the type of hornet we were dealing with and was able to fix the problem within an hour. He answered all questions thoroughly and even eased my fear of hornets swarming into my home! He is truly an expert at his profession.
