Keep The Edge Studios

I am so happy with the videos Keep the Edge Studio produced and directed for my fitness studio. They helped me achieve my goal of making an AWESOME video that represented my studio in a positive, friendly way. Keith and Luke were very professional, helpful and efficient. Jakub gave creative ideas and pull it all together. They are a great team and plan on hiring them for more videos/​commercials. The quality of worked they produced was superior to some other studios I worked with in the past.
Keep the Edge will help you achieve your goals whatever they may be in a professional and competent manner.

This a great recording studio. I am a songwriter, and I ended up choosing Keep the Edge Studios because the sound samples on their website were the best I’d heard compared to other studios on the South Shore.
The album I have been recording has been such a fun experience, and I have really enjoyed working with Keith, the head sound engineer/​producer of the studio. Everyone he has hired to work on my album has been so unbelievably talented… the Berkeley musicians who were the «Band» on my album, as well as Jakub, who played violin on some of my songs and brought in a talented quartet for one of my ballads… all of them are so nice, so professional, and easy to work with.
Keith, who has been engineering my project, has been fantastic. His laid-​back but focused approach has given me the ability to be creative and move forward with each song. He really invests his time and energy into each song and he has such a great ear for sound, not just creatively but technically. His equipment is state of the art and the recording space is beautiful. It really lends itself to capturing the «live performance» feel, especially with the different isolated rooms being connected with glass walls, so you can play together, hear each other, and separately capture the sound of each instrument.
I am in the final phases of my album and I’m really looking forward to the final product! I definitely recommend this studio!

I’m a singer/​songwriter and needed not just a studio that would make a video, but that would also write a storyboard. I am so happy that I found Keep The Edge studio. They are more than I could’ve hoped for. Now I even use them for mixing and mastering. The owner, Keith is very professional and also great fun to work with. I had big success with my videos; one of them has gotten over 32k hits.

As a composer and producer of entertainment and media I’ve recorded multiple songs, videos, and held multiple events at Keep the Edge. I’ve always had an incredible experience with knowledgeable engineers (Keith & Jakub) and an abundance of equipment and software. Also the separate recording rooms make for a versatile recording environment with clean isolation. Walking distance from the red line. It is worth checking out!!!

I’ve worked with Keith Asack, the head engineer at Keep The Edge, on two big projects now and both experiences have been awesome. He’s mixed and mastered a R&B/Soul project with a 15-​piece band as well as a 10-​track electronic dance album. He took both projects to the next level creatively and in sonic quality.
The studio is beautiful and his equipment is top of the line. The live room has a great natural reverb and the space is a great setting for music videos.
I will say for all the new producers out there looking for an affordable and talented engineer to collaborate with Keith is your guy. The number of artists in the Boston area who are slowly finding out about Keep The Edge and going there to record and produce is growing, which is a sign that the Keep The Edge scene is hot.
