This is a place to avoid. Not because of their product but their horrible attitude. During the recent heavy snow where we got 80 inches here in Quincy I was trying to pass the store on the sidewalk but the had not cleared it. Every other store along the street had cleared their sidewalk. I slipped because of theirs. I called the store and told them I fell on their sidewalk and they told me it was nothing to do with them, it was their landlords fault. I said they should be good neighbors and clear the sidewalk like every other merchant on the street, the owner told me to «go f**k myself». I was astonished.
I just drove by the store 2 weeks later and they have still not cleared their sidewalk. What a total disrespect for their neighbors and customers.
I am about to do a remodel on my home and I always shop local and use local contractors, but this place will never get any business from me.
In the interest of safety and good nature please a aid this store at all cost

My husband and I completely renovated three bathrooms. It was a major project that included heavy demolition and all new plumbing. The project took 10 weeks. By the time we got around to choosing tile and countertops, we were running out of energy. Global Flooring was incredible to work with. Their store front is at a busy intersection in Quincy and is mostly nondescript. However, the service and material selection is terrific. They have some very nice material, different from the box stores, at a reasonable price. We worked extensively with Kelard, who had fantastic ideas, and was willing to give his recommendation on tile and design. His insight was invaluable. He kept steering us away from design mistakes, but also worked with our ideas/​interests. I had many questions (via email) throughout the process and Kelard always responded immediately. We found him in the store working late on weeknights and Saturdays, too. We began by selecting our tile first and were so happy with it that we ended up getting quartz countertops too. They even recommended a glass company for the custom showers, which was very useful. I highly recommend working with Global Flooring for your next project.
