Fitz’s thin crispy crust pizza is one of the best pizza’s in the area. Cooked in a stone oven gives it a unique flavor and texture. Fitz’s tender fall off the bone baby back ribs are among the area’s favorites. Slow cooked for hours than finished on the grill to caramelize the homemade sauce. You won’t be disappointed!

History
Established in 2010.
The building at 129 S. 4th Street, where Fitz’s on 4th is located, was built in 1879. Originally a cigar shop, it later became home to the Chicago Motor Club (AAA). As best we can tell, it was then converted into a restaurant called Deli One and after that the Gardner «Gallery Across 4th». And now we have converted it into a full service restaurant.
