This was our first time at Falafel King, but definitely won’t be the last time. The other Falafel King with 4.5 stars is farther away from us, so we thought we will give this branch a shot(being part of a chain, they should be all the same quality more or less, right?). When we came to this restaurant, it was empty and we had second thoughts whether to go in or not. I am glad we did, because the falafel wrap was delicious, with the falafels being crispy. The chicken wrap was good too, though the falafel one beats it! The prices are affordable as well, we paid 6 bucks for the falafel wrap and 7 bucks for the chicken wrap. I recommend Falafel King, at least try once.

My new favorite place. I was happy to find something other than Asian or American Bistro in Quincy. And the falafel was amazing.

Went in for lunch and noticed two people sitting inside who ended up being the people who worked there(one was a young child, assuming it’s the owners son) They both greeted me as I walked in and I took a couple mins to make a decision on food. I’ve always heard good things about chicken Shawarma but this is my first time having it anywhere so I was excited to see what it was all about. I ended up getting a chicken Shawarma plate to go. I’m pretty sure if not all or most of the food was already pre cooked because I only had to wait a few minutes before my ordered was packed and ready to go. My box of food came with a little bit of everything. Hummus tasted very good. Chicken was excellently seasoned and cooked perfectly. Rice was precooked cause I saw him scooping it out of a heating container. Taste reminded me of some boxed rice pilaf that I can cook myself at home. Overall I found the food very enjoyable and would come back in the future to give the other items a try. Price point seemed really reasonable as I only paid)7.50 plus tax for my plate. Sandwiches start at as low as $ 5.25

Falafel was outstanding. Chicken kabob was flavorful and moist. Hummus was delish. Salad needed salt. Rice seemed right out of a box. I would have given a 3 or possibly 4, but at one point, I had a forkful of rice and something was crunchy in my mouth. Turns out it was a small piece of something, who knows what, maybe just under an inch sort of like a twist tie, but not. Weird. But I will definitely be back for more falafel!

Really great falafel! The prices seem really reasonable, can’t wait to try the other items on the menu.

If you’re a fan of the Falafel King chain, head to Wollaston. This location is not open on the weekends, and seating is limited. Basically, you could eat here if you a party of two or flying solo. Otherwise, it’s a take-out joint. Also, they are open until 8, not 9 as the menu suggests. I’ve only been once to this particular location, but the Falafel combo with Baba Ganoush was very good.
