I have been going here for over 5 years and always felt my children were taking care of. Both doctors and nurses are wonderful. They take the time with you which is great. they don’t rush you out! As for the wait times, you should always expect to wait — especially if you are there for a sick visit plus you are seeing excellent doctors. Personally, I never had a problem with wait times. Lastly, as for the lunch comment. The Doctor prob eats on the fly and my opinion is entitled to eat.

My son has been a patient here for the last six months. We transferred to this office to follow his original pediatrician. Lisa Natkin is an amazing doctor. However this office is horrible. We haven’t actually seen Dr. Natkin since we changed offices. Their nurses are quite slow with giving toddlers and infants their vaccinations. I felt so bad for my son when he was getting his shots it made it seem like he was just in more pain. During one of our scheduled physicals we waited more than 45 minutes for the doctor to come in and as she came in she was still eating her lunch so clearly we waited for her to finish lunch. There are still just a number of reasons why I would not return here, overall it was just a bad experience we have then switched offices once again. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I love this place! I love the staff. I have 4 kids and have been going since my oldest, who’s now 10, was born. They are amazing. They know have gotten to know me as well as my children very well. I will agree that the wait time used to be terrible but I have found that they have gotten much better. For about 2 years I was there at least twice a week with a slew of issues with my 2 boys. They have always been accommodating, helpful, understanding and kind. Being able to bring your child in 7 days a week for sick appointments is great. O would rather wait 45 minutes there than 3 hours in an ER. I have been to ENTs, cardiologists, my own primary and gynecologist and the wait times have been much worse. I don’t mind waiting every now and then knowing I’m seeing excellent doctors.

We took our child here for 2 years. While I always found the staff to be great(Nurses, Front Desk), the patient wait times were bad. On average, we’d have to wait 45 – 60 minutes before we would see a Doctor. I never really understood why we scheduled an appointment for 10am, if we weren’t ever going to see anyone until 11am. That got pretty frustrating after a while, and ultimately ended up being one of the top reasons for leaving. As for the Doctors, I think overall they are fine(it’s a very mixed group of personalities), I just don’t think we ever meshed well with them for whatever reason.

The two previous reviewers are lucky they never had the experience of going into this place and dealing with the horrid«personalities» they have working with the children here. I haven’t changed pediatricians yet(I’m shopping around), but I CAN’T WAIT!!! The wait times are absolutely awful(I’ve waited over 2 hours before, and my last visit I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes before I saw my doctor walk in from her lunch break with fast food in her hands… why did you schedule an appointment if that was your lunch time?!), and the doctor’s just want to medicate for everything possible… I don’t understand how this place is still running…

Amazing practice! My daughter has been with them for 5 years(since birth) and they are always available to assist — 7 day a week appointments as well as phone calls with the nurses during office hours and very quick return calls after hours by one of the 5 doctors on call that evening. Given that few patients leave the practice once they join, they currently only accept newborns as «new patients» so definitely connect with them ASAP if you are pregnant and looking. For those of you disappointed because you cannot get small children into the practice, this is no reason to give them a low rating — they are OUTSTANDING. And not just the doctors — the nursing staff and front office staff are great too. Very conveniently located at Crown Colony Office park.
