Established in 1989.

Cooper Property and Waste Solutions is a family owned and operated business that was established in 1989. The business was originally owned by Dave Cooper and was established as Dave’s Rubbish Removal. The focus of the company was primarily rubbish removal and served the towns of Milton, Canton and Sharon. Over the years Dave expanded his business by providing property maintenance and demolition to his customers. As the business grew, he started serving the South Shore and greater Boston area. After 21 years managing the business and serving thousands of customers, Dave retired and has handed the business down to his youngest son, Bryan Cooper.

After inheriting the business from my father, I decided to continue expanding the business and have changed the name to «Cooper Property and Waste Solutions» My primary goal is to provide customers with easy, affordable, reliable, honest, and efficient service. I strive to create a personal and professional bond with my customers. When my company completes a job we leave your home clean and organized. We strive to make each customer happy and satisfied.
