Abigail Adams Preschool

Fantastic, high energy, fun environment. Small business feel as opposed to those large corporate preschools. Reggio approach. We choose the school because of the values they try to promote: healthy eating, non-​commercialism, recycling/​reuse. Very inclusive. Celebrate seasons vs. religious holidays. Mixed age classrooms. Convenient location near Quincy Center T. Yard has real bushes and woodchips as opposed to the Astro Turf common at other places. Teachers are dedicated, enthusiastic and actually play with the kids during recess. We get verbal updates and a short note each day. As an added bonus it’s less expensive than the big corporate ones as well. Couldn’t wait to switch our daughter here once she turned 2.9. Our daughter is a vegetarian and we eat mostly organic so we were glad to find a school where you are required to pack your own lunchbox as opposed to some that provide questionable snacks or do not allow outside food at all. Nut free for those that need it. We’ve been considering moving but are actually hesitant because we like the school so much. I highly recommend it!

This preschool just opened and I already love it! I enrolled my 4 year old twins for the fall semester, and I can’t wait for them to experience it! I met a lovely lady named Valerie during an Open House, and she made me feel right at home. The classroom she showed me is perfect for kids, and they even got to play with the toys right then! I can’t for them to experience this awesome new preschool– they even told their cousin’s about their new school!
