On several occasions I have recommended this company to do septic inspections and twice recently have had the company just not show up or call minutes before their arrival to say they are not coming with no explanation. Being in business myself it hurts my reputation to offer services of somebody else and then have my customer have such a horrible experience. This company is great when they are on top of their game, but the type of business that says yes to everybody when they don’t obviously have the man power to do so.
