Solid State TV Service

BEWARE! This company ripped off my elderly aunt when she called, they came and took a $$ deposit for T.V. repair and never returned and the phone is now disconnected as well.

These people are scam artists! They took my boyfriend’s TV to repair it and ended up keeping it for MONTHS. They consistantly ignored his calls to check the status of the repair. Only when he threatened to get authorities involved, did they finally started to cooperate by bringing him a television, but it was not even his. The most annoying part is that the condition of this TV is far worse than his original TV that was sent in to be repaired. SCAM!

Absolute ripoff. They picked up my TV told I needed 1 part fixed. I waited a month before my first phone call to see what the status was. Turns out they had to order the part, fast forward to right now, over 1 year later and 30+ phone calls. I still do not have my TV. These guys are a scam, basically hoping you won’t ever come back for your TV if they are big enough assholes.

Ahhh «Decrepit State TV Service» yet another prime example of NEVERRR support a business that deals in cash only. Sent my Sony Trinitron XBR Television to these clowns which can’t keep they’re word on the time it takes for them to do a repair, or anything else for that matter. I must say this is the most positive aspect of this wannabe repair shop. Time wouldn’t be a problem if they actually did a good job. When I finally got the TV back it lasted 2 ½ months before the same problem arose, so much for the «I’m going to make it like new» or «It will last you at least 10 years after this repair». The owner «Jose Scamdoval» of this poor excuse of an establishment is no better than the shoe maker that works for him. Talk about unethical this character Jose trips over his own lies about not showing up to honor the warranty on his sub-​par repairs. He really should take up acting since he’s good at making excuses when he needs to show up to a warranty claim appointment. Funny thing this guy claims to have been in business for 38 years suuurrrrree there he must be changing the name frequently hence why I see no history or reviews on this business. In conclusion, fellow Unilocalers out there Beware of «Third World State TV Service» spring for the factory warranty or a factory authorized repair facility so you don’t have to deal with un-​ethical crooks like Jose and his sidekick.
