Very nice and clean urgent care. Very clean and Dr. Shahanaz was amazing and took time to review. Will come back again!

I previously left this place a good review, but after recent experiences I wouldn’t recommend you bring your pet rock in here!!! I don’t know what kind of medicine these people practice or how they base their medical analysis but you should NOT bring your children here!!!
Last week I brought my daughter in to see a Dr. SHAHANAZ, she was having chills and fevers and upon checking vitals she was given antibiotics. If you know anything about medicine you know that antibiotics are for infections. She was never checked for any infections. How does checking lungs and heart rate tell you a child has an infection? On the 8^th day of taking said antibiotics my daughter started showing a rash. Little red dots all over her body. Immediately I took her to see her pediatrician. The pediatrician immediately said «NO MORE ANTIBIOTICS! She should have never been on antibiotics because she has a virus NOT an infection!» How can someone wrongfully prescribe such strong medicine to A CHILD!!!
On the 9^th day this rash seemed worse to me so I took her to Long Island Jewish Pediatric Center in Long Island. They too asked why was she given antibiotics in the first place!!! When you have a virus and you take antibiotics, the antibiotics do the opposite of make you better!!! Are these people at urgent care serious!!! How can anyone who calls themselves a doctor prescribe wrong medicine TO A CHILD?!
To make matters worse, there are 2 more children in my household, both had seen this Dr. SHAHANAZ prior to my daughter and they were BOTH given antibiotics also for A COUGH. Both children also saw their pediatricians after and both pediatricians also took them off this antibiotic!
My suggestion if you want to feel better don’t go to this place!!!

All I can say is AMAZING. This is the second time I have been here first for myself and then with my 10 year son. Quick, Fast and quality service. The people are just amazing and always so courteous. Both my son and I were seen in less than 20 minutes! Love them. Dr. Pedro was amazing with my son.
The first time around I saw Dr. Begum with a cough which was a great experience as well.

My first time coming here with my 7yr old and what can I say… Dr. Pedro Del Toro what can I say about him why should he consider himself a doctor if he wont have patience for little kids? And then write on the review from the final report saying poor cooperative … Lets just say he doesnt have patience for nothing bad bad clinic!
