cross to the northern side of the Mason-Dixon…I mean, Queens Boulevard… and you’ll find an incredible halal cart. I consider myself a sultan of spicy, a connoisseur of capsacin, a Hefner of heat… but this cart’s hot sauce is possibly the best I’ve tasted, and what sets it apart from the others! while not really spicy hot, it’s extremely flavorful — a little smoky, a little sweet. $ 5 for your typical chicken/lamb, rice, and veggie platter. $ 4 for a gyro. I think falafel is also an option here, but not 100% sure on that. unrelated note: tonight I saw the worst tranny in the universe on line here. imagine if Iggy Pop played the lead role in «Mrs. Doubtfire».
