A variety of music services, most notably arranging, transcription/​transposition, creation of backing tracks, production, reduction, and even some recording & engineering. I primarily service the musical theater and vocal music industries, but have worked with bands & ensembles of all styles and sizes. In addition, because I work in the music & technology sectors as part of my day job, I can help guide advise artists/​actors/​and others on their internet presence, social media activities, and more.

History

Established in 2006.

I’ve been doing music services for approaching two decades now since I was a teen in Ohio, but only in the past five years have I doing them more formally under the banner of Greg Kefalas Music Services.

Business Owner

I’m 32 years old and I’ve been providing services like transcription, transposition, backing track production and arranging for quite some time. My «day job» is as Chief Technology Officer at VerveLife, where, among other things, we provide technology & services for the music, marketing, and mobile industries — so besides the music work I do my finger is also always on the pulse of what’s happening in the tech industry. In addition to Greg Kefalas Music Services, I also am the Creative & Musical Director for the New York Holiday Singers and the Holiday Choristers, where I’m responsible for all of the arrangements, rehearsing the group, design, and more. In short: I love to work.
