If there was a ZERO star, I would have given it to them. Generally I love Dunkin Donuts(DD) and usually get my coffee, the egg/cheese wraps, cream cheese bagels and hash brown from DD. I was flying back to Tampa from NYC, where I recently moved(sorry NYC, you are always in my heart, but you are just too cold, too crowded, too expensive … sigh!). I stopped by this DD to get coffee and sesame bagel with vegetable cream cheese. The cashier woman was kind of rude, even though there was only one person behind me. I understand these people are under pressure, but this is NYC. Everyone in NYC is under pressure, lol. So, if you cant take it, get out of NYC. BTW, this is not why I moved from NYC to Tampa, FL, LOL. Anyway, regarding the food that I received: — The coffee was warm, not hot! — The bagel was OLD and COLD … I think they had those bagels for days … and it was not toasted — The cream cheese was cold and only bleh! I did not enjoy my breakfast for one second, but had to eat it, because my plane was boarding soon. If I had the time, I would have gone back to the store and demanded to see the manager to complain about the meal. I don’t want my money back or anything. I simply wanted them to prepare the food right for customers. In short the place really disappointed me. DONOTGOEATTHERENOMATTERWHAT. I tried Au Bön Pain(also in LaGuardia airport) for a muffin and it was warm and delicious. I wish I got my coffee there as well.

I usually dont write bad reviews, but i received very bad service at this location because i found womens hair in my drink. I ordered an iced tea and within the 1st sip, i felt something in the back of my throat. I tried to cough it out and when i did, i found long strains of light colored womens hair. When i told the employee about my situation, she was giving me her puerto rican new york attitude. She said it wasnt her fault because her hair is wrapped and shes wearing a hat. She then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault and the hair got in there after i received my drink. I asked her to make me another drink anyways but didnt drink it because she probably did something to my drink.

Worst service ever received from any location. Will never eat or buy anything from here again. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, it’s very bland and tasteless. I was going t get a doughnut but I noticed Flys flying around the display case. It was very bad. Do not eat for here!!!

I couldn’t believe that the best Dunkin’ experience I’ve ever had happened at LaGuardia airport(at the location in terminal B). The service was fantastic. She even asked if I wanted to taste my iced coffee before I left to make sure it was how I wanted it. I wish I got her name, because she should seriously get a raise!

Donuts were so stale as to be inedible. Coffee was overcreamed(they don’t let you add your own) and tasted like hot dishwater infused with coffee. Save your money.

They were very friendly and efficient today taking my order. I ordered a medium latte with 2% mild and it was very good. The attendant was friendly and so was the cashier. They tried their best to get the line flowing as fast as possible.

Horrible and unfriendly customer service. The woman behind the counter acted as if we were a bother to even be there. All of the donuts were misplaced and the woman was unwilling to help us identify which donuts were which. The donuts were stale. Never again.

I sometimes wonder why someone who doesn’t like coffee, rates coffee as 2 stars?!? Dunkin has some of the best coffee out there. This place does a nice job, they can get quite busy but they seem to keep the smile on their faces. It’s like most places, you walk up acting like an ass, don’t expect roses. Anyone who’s ever worked at a service business knows you don’t want to take some winers crap. Just notify them of the issue and they will fix it. This place is pretty good, fast, friendly and on my way!

This location doesn’t honor any promotional deals like the ones outside of the airport. I came here with my free birthday scoop coupon from Baskin Robbins. The server read through the promotion and informed me that this location doesn’t take these coupons. But was more than happy to make an exception learning that it was my birthday. I received my choice of blueberry shortbread which had a blend of blueberry and lemon — tasted very much like the lemon frozen greek yogurt from Ben and Jerry’s. I’m a huge fan but my fiancé wasn’t. Anyways, this location surprised me by the generosity and awesome customer service. Thanks for making my day :)

I don’t know what the big hooplah is about this place. On my way to the airport, my driver asked if I wanted coffee. I said no because it was a 7am flight and I just wanted to knock out on the plane to LA, but my inner piglet wanted to eat. I asked him if the donuts were good and he couldn’t answer so I had to try it. It was right off the fwy on the way to JFK so it was convenient. I hopped out and hopped into the store and hopped right back out into the car. I got the toast with bacon cheese and egg and it was good. Not great cause it ended up ripping the roof of my mouth cause the toast was TOO toasted. The coffee just tasted like coffee, nothing special. And I also got a boston cream donut which tasted like any other donut from any other places throughout the country. This place is nothing special, and now that I’ve tried it, I won’t ever have the curiosity when I visit NY again.

I don’t know why people love their coffee… to me it’s just blah. I had a glazed donut here and it was average at best.

This is one of the express stands from DD. If you don’t want to make your own coffee or bag your own donut, then this is not for you. It pretty much self service and then pay at the register. The coffee and donuts are fresh and taste like the typical DD. Note no hot foods, bagels etc, just donuts, old skool!
