It amazes me how Boingo can stay in business. The service only works sometimes and if you call tech support they seldom Understand the issue and just read a script for 20 minutes then put you back on hold to talk to tier 2 support and start all over again.

The absolute worst. True years ago and true today. Annoying as Donald Trump. Bugs galore, unstable service, login hell, you name it and Boingo makes you yearn for a dial-​up connection.

Evil wireless slowed me down tremendously and also completely messed up all my saved tabs. Each tab being BOINGO BOINGO BOINGO, not allowing me back to original tab, after logging in. I shouldn’t have had these issues because I pay for wireless on the go and my carrier was covered. Really annoying, especially since 4G LTE was working fine. Jackasses.
