Amy’s Balloon

I am the PTA President of my school and am in charge of decorating for the school events. I googled balloons in my area and Amy’s balloons came up. I liked what I saw in the pictures and decided to text the number to inquire. I texted that I was wondering if they did in fact work in the school area and the price for 50 balloons plus 4 silver letter balloons. She replied immediately with the price as well as confirming she did in fact a lot of business in the area. We exchanged texts about the proper color and that was it!!! The easiest ordering I’ve ever done!!! She is amazing!!! The night before the event she confirmed. The morning of the event she was right on time!!! Extremely professional and super nice! I got so many compliments from all the people in the school. Don’t use anyone else! Amy’s Balloons is truly the best and I will only use her company for future events.

Amy’s Balloon is a small business which actually care about the customers. Great customer service and great attention to detail. I changed my orders several times with the balloons as well as the table and chair order. Each time Amy was so accommodating to me and made sure to get my order correct. I received many compliments how lovely the balloons were. They were flexible with the pick up time. I work in the line of customer service and dealing with people everyday so I am glad that there are still people out there that actually take pride in doing what they do.
