History

Established in 2007.

Shining Stars Learning Center opened it’s doors in September of 2007. We offer early education experiences for children from 6 weeks to 6 years. In 2009 we became part of the Quality First, First Things First initiative and after assessments of our program offerings and staff we received a Quality rating.
