By far the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office felt really comfortable the staff is amazing! Super Fast and Efficient!

As if it were not enough that Dr. Hamberlin saved my tooth and saved me $ 3,000 after a dentist tried to scam me… I woke up in a lot of pain in my face and called and scheduled an appointment. Then I found out with an ER visit that I had a serious sinus infection and they said that was causing my face pain. The next day was my appointment with Dr. Hamberlin.
I was in so much pain that I forgot to call until a few hours before my appointment. So, I call and immediately start apologizing and know that I have to pay a no-​show fee. The person that answered the phone only wanted to hear about my pain, how I was feeling, was I getting taken care of and did not want me apologizing! She just kept saying how sorry she was that I was suffering and telling me to call and let them know if there is anything they can do for me! Then she kept reminding me that they are always there and available if I need anything.
So, what kind of doctor/​dentist is more concerned with your pain than a no-​show fee??? An honest, real doctor/​dentist! Every time I go to their office, I am floored by their priorities! Care and compassion above all! Wouldn’t it be nice if all doctors/​dentist could learn from them???
P. S. Yes, I say doctor/​dentist because the staff and Dr. Hamberlin care about the «whole» you and not just about your teeth!

Upon calling for an appointment I had to repeat the spelling of my name no less than for 15 times (5 letter name). Upon arrival they had no idea of my appt. but later found me under some Arabic spelled name with like 16 characters in my last name. I then had to answer 48 (FORTY EIGHT) pages of questions on a computer in the lobby. FORTY EIGHT pages for a root canal?
They took an X-​ray then Dr. Hamberlin came in and told me my tooth had to be pulled as there was no way to save it (even though 2 prior Doctors told me it just needed a root canal). Not once did he look in my mouth — no exam whatsoever.
I didn’t trust his ½ hazard assessment so I went to a different Endodontist who said, «oh yeah, this is a piece of cake» and performed the root canal. Today I had the permanent crown glued in place and couldn’t be happier. The tooth feels great, the infection is gone, the area is all healed up … It is WONDERFUL.
Avoid this office, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I received root-​canal treatment on 6÷3÷13, and was seen by Dr. Steven Richardson.
I would rate this dental visit as the best that I have ever had in my entire life… Period.
The office staff was totally professional. Dr. Richardson was kind, caring, gentile, and very informative throughout the procedure. He went out of his way to ensure that I was comfortable and pain free He also spent quite a bit of time diagnosing my issue, answering my questions, and educating me about what he was doing and why.
There is nothing «fun» about dental work, but this was such a positive experience that I can actually say that it was somewhat enjoyable!
I would definately return, and would highly recommend Red Mountain Endodontics to anyone needing a root-​canal.
