Embarrassed by their unprofessionalism. I have a large family on one income so I cannot afford to get my nails done regularly. I took my daughter to get her very first pedicure at age two the other day. I sat down in the chair for a pedicure and try to hold a conversation with the nail tech he was not able to speak English too well so I just smiled at him and told them it has been a while since I had had a pedicure. I might not speak their language but I do know when somebody is making fun of me, he called to other nail technicians over to the station and they seem to be having some kind of discussion about how disgusting the calluses on the back of my heels were. It became painfully obvious when I noticed the other nail techs looking up from their tables to see what he was talking about. I confronted him and told him that it was embarrassing to know that all the nail techs in there were laughing at my feet. His response was «oh sorry». I asked him if he could please remove the callus remover from my feet and that I no longer wanted the pedicure. I got out of the chair in tears walked up to the register and they still charge me for the service. I have never been so embarrassed and ashamed.

DO NOT GET YOUR BROWS DONE HERE! Took my teenage daughter because she has a low self-​esteem. She got a full set which was overpriced and not done very well. Her nails were thick and the polish was hideous. I got a pedicure which was also overpriced but done very well. We both had different techs. We decided to get our eyebrows tinted and waxed. I got mine done first and they looked great. She got hers finished well I picked up my younger daughter from school. When she came out it looked like somebody had drawn on her eyebrows with a sharpie marker. Then erased the top left arch and the middle of her brows wee waxed too far

I got a «luxury“pedicure with my mom, and it was less than impressive. My mom was set up with a man who did a wonderful job, and gave her an awesome massage. Mine however was not, we both told them we wanted the same treatment and got completely different things. The woman doing my nails clearly hates her job and was very lazy in everything she did. I could have given myself a better spa service than I got here. This is the worst pedicure I have paid for. I will not be coming back, not only because I did not have a good experience but also because they were not consistent. If you have two paying customers ask for the same treatment it should be the same. I was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure and instead I feel like I paid for someone to be annoyed at doing their job.

This salon is amazing! Comfy seats and a beautiful shop. Love my nails! Came in from Utah to visit my family and decided to get them done. Will definitely be back the next time I come through town

Decent pedi and wax but way overpriced. Staff were focused more on their phones and with each than with the guests. Not worth it.

I LOVED IT HERE! best pedicure ever! And my gel nails, perfect!!! The service is great. I showed up at 6:10pm and I asked if they had time for a full set and pedi and they said yes. I had been to other nail shops here in STV and they said NO they were closing in a few minutes and they were really busy. But not this shop. I recommend it! :) I will be back!

Not pleased. I went I’m a few weeks ago on a Saturday to get my nails done. Full set, no white tips, nothing special. I was charged $ 32!!! Seriously! I have never paid more than $ 25 for a set of plain acrylic nails.
The tech was nice-​ish but sort of rude at the same time. I almost felt like an outsider. Very cliquish. She actually excused herself during my set to go wax eyebrows.
My nails came out like crap and I didn’t really felt like my wishes weren’t even addressed. They were big, bubbly and ugly. I spent an hour filing them down that evening and repainting them.
Won’t be back.

This is the best nail salon in the Valley! You never have to wait with an appointment, which I’ve seen happen a lot at other salons and everyone is always friendly and nice. Holly is amazing! She’s very detail oriented and always a pleasure :)
