It’s so nice to deal with an auto repair shop that is so professional and honest. Have had several repairs done at Network Auto, each time work was performed quickly and done right. No pressure to repair things that I did not come in to have done. The prices are very fair for the quality of service. If you need your vehicle worked on, go see Eric, you’ll be glad you did. They have always been able to accommodate my busy schedule with an appointment time that was convenient for me.

Great repair shop. Erik took the time to show me exactly where my strut was leaking from and gave me a good price on the repair. Our car now drives a lot smoother. I will be using this shop as my go to place from now on.

I know a little bit about how ac systems work and although your offer to refund the money is nice it still doesn’t fix how I feel robbed. First off when you changed the valves out you would have had to pull a vacuum to get all of the moisture out. The vacuum gauges would have told you if the system could hold a vacuum or not. Either you didn’t pull a vacuum which is bad or you failed to check for leaks and added freon and sent me on my way only to have to come back in later that day and potentially spend more money in your shop.

Brought my car in today for an alignment and I can say I will definitely be going back to Network Automotive in Queen Creek for my future needs. My car is slightly modified which most shops shy away from but here they were fine working on it. Daniel was friendly and very informative, answering any questions I had. It was also ok for me to watch as he aligned my car (which I truly appreciated). The rest of the staff were very nice and the shop is well maintained and clean. It’s nice to see that some people still do take pride in their work.

About a year ago they told me my struts were leaking on my car with 55,000 miles. Said it would be about $ 700 to fix. Got a second opinion from a private mechanic. My car is just fine. I will never ever go back. Plus they would not use a discount I get through my job. Mm ok.

Same day service, fair prices and excellent customer service. Not a whole lot more you can ask for in the auto repair industry. I will be returning.

We have taken our cars to Network locations for years and been treated fair. They have always communicated the scope of work, called whenever something arises unexpectedly etc. We had one very challenging vehicle for a few years and they worked with us to find solutions to a manufacture issue.
Like many, spending money on auto repair may not be my favorite thing to do but finding a reliable shop that is fair has been fantastic.
Network gets my vote!

Horrible place and a rip off, if the desk people… mainly Keith, if he’s considered a service manager he’s not qualified. I didn’t get my problem fixed and was grossly over charged. They feel the car is in working order until I took it to the dealership to tell me I still have the same issue. I’m out quite a bit of money and they simply don’t care.

My car had been vibrating for several months when I took it into Network Automotive. Turns out I had a bad wheel bearing and a CV boot that was bad. Plus the car needed the regular oil change, etc. Before they did the work I called around to see what other places would charge and Network’s prices were pretty consistent with every other place I called. Some higher, some lower. We stuck with Network because they were so close to home so that made it convenient. My car was in and out of there fast and the work was done correctly and they charged me the quoted amount. We took my husband’s car in a few weeks later, it needed more extensive work on the brakes and some other things. Again, their estimate was right on the money, on target with other shops. There was some things they could have charged us for but said it wasn’t necessary so they didn’t charge us for it when they easily could have. So after having both mine and my husband’s car worked on in the last month at Network and having professional service, no run around, very friendly, competitive pricing, etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a repair shop for their vehicle. Repairs always took the amount of time they said it would take and we never got the run around.

I had to replace my front tires in December .it was advised to get a alignment. I went to network automotive .they said they could not fix it without replacing ball joints for 700 $ which would include the alignment. obviously could not afford that. my parents mechanic looked at my car today .my ball joints are absolutely fine and I got an alignment. Dear Management at Network automotive on Ritten house I just spent over 500 dollars there this summer getting other things fixed! Your shop just lost this customer.

This place is horrible, the service advisors are like mongoloid jerky boys and know nothing about automotive service. They charge a 200 mark up on their parts and will not accept your parts. Labor is not horrible but they def extend the time beyond shop manual and they do not give you a list of other items/​areas that may need attention, they do not know how to use their own credit card machines, steer clear of this place or get towed elsewhere if that’s the case

Terrific service. They will not do anything that does not have to be done to your car. Got my sons car to pass emissions in one fix after taking it to another garage that could not do it. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

These guys are great. After Discount Tire snapped a lug stud I was sent here for a free replacement. What should have been easy turned into a few hour project and a lot of head scratching as bolts busted left and right at far less than the manufacturers specified tq settings. Where most shops would have given up and sent me on my way, they never threw in the towel. Their persistence ultimately triumphed and the issue was fixed (defect in parts from the OEM). They even took the time to be sure that none of the unaffected lug studs had the issue. These guys have our business from this point forward. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely care for their customers. If you need auto repair, oil changes, or when Discount Tire snaps your wheel studs (lol) and you are in the Queen Creek/​San Tan Valley area, these guys are the best in the business.

Recently bought tires at the nearby Discount Tires and I asked for a referral for a wheel alignment. They recommended, and provided a coupon for, Network Automotive.
I called and got an appointment for the next day; got a 4 wheel alignment and an oil/​filter change. Their wheel alignment equipment was ‘state of the art’ and they provided the before and after measurements of the alignment.
Total time was about 2 hours and they stuck to the price quoted.

I would be very careful of doing business with this shop. I asked the manager what was his hourly rate was, and he stated it depends on the vehicle. Depending on the car the rate changes… BS. The other thing there is not publish menu of services here.
So people of Queen Creek make sure you get quote from a few different shop before doing business with these people. I guarantee you will SAVE 35% off any quoted price with other repairs shop then dealing with this shop. Do yourself a favor get multiple quotes before any work done here.
