Gross, I feel like I was eating old food and my fries tasted like they were fried in old oil. Burger King has totally went down the drain, I wish they would replace it with something else…

Ok. I’ve said this before about fast food and I’ll need to say it again. Not that I’m trying to be a jerk, but from a former restaurant manager perspective. Also, I’m not one of those nightmare formers. But I am one of those who remembers who it is who pays the bills. I don’t think fast food understands it anymore. I’m not sure who is at fault, perhaps business and customer both. I don’t have the room here to go into detail. So here it is. WHY am I the one who is the one saying«thank you» in the drive thru windows? For what, handing me a bag? I came to you. I gave you money. I gave you business. People, we need to be saying«you’re welcome» to the business’ «thank you». But we can’t can we, because it is rare to receive a thank you from fast food drive thru windows. The girl handed me a bag ANDSAIDNOTHING. What happened to even common courtesy? I guess we don’t get that unless you start making 15 an hour. You’re right, my bad. Thank you thank you thank you so much for your tireless and under paid efforts in handing me a bag. …thank you thank you thank you.

Hit and miss. The first time I went here it was so bad, I didn’t come back for a few years. Since they are so close I gave them I another try and when I’ve stopped there on occasion over the past few years the burgers have been OK, some better than others. Tonight’s burger was just OK. The fries are all right; not terrific, and sometimes better than others. The drive-through staff is pleasant. The onion rings – which I used to enjoy long, long ago at Burger Kings elsewhere – are terrible. They have a metallic taste and are mainly that awful-tasting batter with hardly any onion inside. After trying to find a few onions, I gave up and threw them away. I won’t be ordering them again, and I won’t be stopping here again anytime soon – methinks it’s time for another long, long break. When I dialed the(480) 987‑9223 listed on Google, I got a recording«Hello. Please leave a message after the tone – BEEP!» which sounds like a residential greeting. When I dialed the number listed on Unilocal, nobody answered after numerous rings. This was during business hours.

I went to get my haircut at the facility right next door to this burger king. Good thing my wait time for my haircut was 40 minutes because that seems like the length of time I waited in the drive thru. It almost seems like it was busy at this burger king when I pulled in due to the fact that there was five cars in the drive thru. However it wasn’t that it was busy it was it took 16 minutes to get from my food after ordering it. it was not one of those things where you pull forward and wait either. It was just me sitting in the drive thru after placing my order for what seems like an eternity. I only wish I could give 0 stars.

My complaint is not with the food but with the service. I ordered a Double Whooper with Cheese and a large fries. But I was handed a bag that when I got home contained the burger but a wad of napkins instead of the large fries. I stopped going to the nearby McDonalds because they kept leaving out ordered items or substituting one burger for another of lesser value. But bungling a two item order goes beyond the pale. This may be more an indictment of the laziness and carelessness of the post-high-school workforce and the ineptitude of in-store management in this area of Arizona. I never had a bungled fast food order in all the years I lived in Chicago or in other cities I visited on business.

The service itself was good. The employee was pleasant. The bun of the grilled chicken sandwich I had was stale. When a customer asks for«a little» extra mayo the chicken shouldn’t slide off the bun as soon as I unwrap it. But my largest complaint here is the lack of cleanliness. Nearly every table was dirty. And in the 30 minutes here eating and very few customers., no employee bothered to walk around and wipe down tables. My last time here. I’ll go to the one on Hunt Highway. Much much better there!

You would think a simple order of 4 cheese burgers plain and a large onion ring would be easy but apparently not, after telling the cashier taking the order 3 times they ha to confirm the order 2 more times. Spend a few extra bucks and hit up smash burger

My son and I stopped in for lunch. We had a BOGO coupon for Whoppers. Cashier was friendly and efficient. We sat down with our food and both of us were happily surprised at how good the whopper tasted. I mean come on, it’s a whopper. It was so good that we are going back again very soon, and I am telling all my friends about this place. Also the restrooms were nice and clean!

If I could give zero stars I would. This restaurant is by far the least efficient fast food restaurant in the area. Unfortunately for me my fiancé loves their burgers. Spent 15 minutes in their drive thru last night with only ONE car in front of me(who had already ordered and was sitting at the window when we got there) before leaving without any food. This place sucks, everytime we come here they are slow but this was beyond understandable.
