History

Established in 2010.

Cooking Industry since 2001 with Deli style foods, doing BBQ catering on the side, took off like wild fire at the recommendation of friends that we catered an event for.

Opened the first BBQ restaurant in May of 2010 Family Owned an Operated with a friendly environment and down home food. We have a large transient following of beach traffic traveling to Rehobeth Beach and Lewes Del. as well as return locals from the Queen Anne Md area; which is a rural farm community

Our second location opened on 15 April 2014 in Easton Md on Rt 50 Ocean Gateway. Here we have a much larger populous locally and also cater to the Beach traffic for Ocean City Md. We are in the community of Talbot County Md with diverse industry, culture, arts and community.

Being a Military Family we support & Sponsor the Local «fast pitch Softball team «with donations & the team sports the ‘Hot off The Coals Jerseys and hats’. This team has placed in the top 3 of 7,000 teams an goes to Nationals in Orlando, FL.
