We also specialize in test prep for standardized tests like the SAT, GED, and GRE. If you need to get back to the basics, we can help you with core curriculum and reviewing subject fundamentals. If you’re looking to learn the latest operating system, we can do computer help as well.

Established in 2006.

Awarded Antelope Valley’s 2013 Outstanding Small business Award by helping better our community one student at a time.

Formerly Math Magicians, Innovation Education now offers a diverse array of tutoring options in any subject for students of all ages, including college level. There are no contract or registration fees. We offer scheduled Private and Semi-private tutoring (2:1), Drop-in Clinic, after school programs and classes.

Our experience with Innovation Education via Gregg Anderson Academy after school program has been entirely different from the post written by Stacey A. on 11÷4÷2015. Over the last 3 years, we have often been to the school to pick up our precious grandchildren, ages 8 and 11. Our grandkids actually get annoyed if we arrive too early to pick them up as they love the tutors and the program. In our experience, we have found the owner to be present, helpful, accommodating and exceedingly professional. She and her staff treat all students, with or without disabilities, with the utmost care and compassion. As long-time residents, we have watched the numbers triple over the last three years with additional programs being established at other elementary schools in the district. Word of mouth is a powerful tool and word is out that this organization is exemplary in it’s code of conduct, services to children, and support to parents. Perhaps there is more to Stacey A.‘s story, for it is said that every story sounds good until you hear the other side.

The owner is an absolute disgrace to children with disabilities. When I signed my son up for this program at Gregg Anderson Academy they were completely aware of his disability/diagnosis. He had an incident and they kicked him out with no opportunity for correction. This happened when he was just 7 years old. At the time I did not complain and understood that he did something wrong. I was completely unaware at the time that they would hold a 7 year old liable 3 years later. I signed him up again and instead of contacting me directly, the first day they made a decision within the first 2 minutes of class to put my 10 year old son in with kindergarteners, As a punishment from 3 years prior when he was 7 years old (please note that my son has absolutely no discipline issues what so ever at school) He did nothing wrong. My son has bruises on his back due to their lack of proper accommodation. Obviously a 10 year old should not be playing on the playground designed for 5 year olds. He is just too big. Shame on them!!! The owner will not make accommodations nor talk directly to me about the situation. I am sure if you have perfect child it’s probably a good program, but I thought in this day and age children with disabilities should be welcomed into programs and embraced. Not here! Horrible excuse for a person and/or leader.

I went to Innovation Education two days before having to take a test for a great potential job opportunity. After being out of high school for 6 years and not doing math on a regular basis, I was having trouble remembering how to do some of the math problems (okay, maybe all) on the given study guide. I owe it all to Debbie and her amazing team of tutors after I earned a 96% on my test!!! In addition to the awesome help I received, they also made me feel so confident. Innovation Education (formally Math Magicians) is the crème da la crème when it comes to tutoring in the Antelope Valley. I have struggled with math my whole life. I even have a Math Teacher for a mom; but it wasn’t until I came to Innovation Education that I finally had that «Ah-Ha!» moment.
As an English major I am inclined to have a mathematical disability along with math anxiety. So when I was told I had to take the CBEST to teach, which was filled with math I hadn’t done since high school I was very worried. The first time I took the exam I bought all the supplemental test materials and studied around the clock 6 weeks before the exam. I failed the math portion miserably. That’s when I knew I needed extra help! So I looked around for a tutoring agency but was very disappointed with what I saw located in the AV, until I came across Innovation by chance. Best thing that ever happened to me! My tutor was Maria and she was incredible! Not only did I score higher on my math section than my English the following time, but I have conquered a lot of my test and math anxiety. She taught me test taking strategies and math in such a way that I am no longer daunted by the thought of it. In fact I find myself using the tools she taught me every day.
Getting tutoring at Innovation education didn’t just help me pass a test, it changed my life!
