We help everyone ranging from 1^st time holding a weapon to more advanced personal defense tactics. All staff members are also trained as an NRA Law Enforcement Tactical Shooting Instructors.

History

Established in 2011.

The initial purpose for the design of the Pistol Instructor Marksmanship Program, code named P.I.M.P. was to help marksmanship coaches offer better advice to multiple students over time.

Born on the ranges of Marine Corps Base Quantico, P.I.M.P. now does that and so much more.

Meet the Business Owner

Troy S.

Business Owner

Trained by the US Marines in Lean Six Sigma and Marksmanship. With a strong background in computer programming, Troy developed a marksmanship program to aid range coaches manage the large numbers of shooters being trained (50 – 60 a day over 2 to 3 week period). Using predictive techniques used in statistics and and the fundamentals of marksmanship learned by the Marines Corps Troy’s mobile application lead to sweeping changes in range opertons. Changes that resulted in the highest range scores ever on record over a 1 year period that involved over 3,000 service members.
