Quantico Post Office

This is my neighborhood post office and I have had a P. O Box here for about 3 years. This is about the friendliest place that I have been to handle my mail concerns. They remember when I have packages, special delivery mail and have flagged me down to receive them if they hadn’t yet posted the notice in my box. They have helped me choose the cheapest way to mail a package that saved me $ 20-​$ 30 sometimes. I also know the postmaster and she is a genuinely awesome, sweet person. I haven’t had anything like the other reviewers experience but everybody can have a bad day and I wonder was he a difficult customer? The Post Office is a Federal entity and has regulations that they have to abide by, we can’t just mail batteries with fireworks and glowing ooze all together.

Good post office, the people are friendly, and they’re open on Saturdays. I went on a Saturday morning and they had 3 people working, I didn’t have to wait to be helped.

Really need to work on customer service. It’s a shame because everyone there is so kind besides the gentlemen named Brian. He is very rude and acts like the customer is suppose to know all the rules and regulations pertaining to his job which he does day in and day out. Cone to my office buddy and I will have your head spinning.
