I came in asking for help to figure out my auto insurance. I would have expected a little better treatment being that I had already been insured with State Farm in Minnesota through my parents. I have never dealt with insurance on my own so I needed some guidance.
The men in the main office came off as hostile when they discovered that my new car didn’t have insurance yet. They were bent on signing me up for a policy then and there. I got majorly turned off by how they were talking to me so I left and will not be going back to state farm. Not very neighborly at all.
