Business Owner

Joel Lundberg grew up locally in Olympia, Washington, attending Olympia High School. Soon after high school Joel was accepted into Central Washington University, graduating in 1993. Joel has owned and operated Wave Lending for 11 years. Joel loves helping customers with their residential financial needs and serving the greater community as well. Deeply committed to serving those who have served our country, Joel is considered the «go-​to mortgage professional» for many local military personnel and their families. He is also passionate about making a difference in children’s lives. Joel and his staff members regularly support a number of children’s charities and activities and are involved as volunteers, coaches, parishioners and PTA members. In his free time Joel enjoys being outdoors, especially fishing, golfing and playing baseball with his two sons.
