I’ve now been here twice. Both times were just to drop off a package that already had a UPS lable. The first time I was pretty frustrated as it was busy and I had to wait a while. I debated ever going back but I tried it again.
The second time it wasn’t as busy but when while I was standing in line I tried to make my visit noticeable by showing the package with the label. Lucky one of the workers asked me if I was just dropping off and I happily said yes and he said he would be right with me.
I know they don’t make any money off situations like this but I would be nice if they would take notice to those as I would be a return customer that would be paying for shipping the next time.
