My experience here was wonderful! The salon itself is super cute and all the staff members are extremely nice. Kayleen is my go to girl though, and I definitely recommend you see her too!

The couple times I’ve come here, the place is a ghost town. The room where they do waxing is incredibly dusty and dingy looking. Stains on the bedding. I felt so incredibly uncomfortable getting any form of body waxing when everything just looked dirty. The esthetician is quirky and nice, but unprofessional in my opinion. Not coming here ever again and I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Rachelle is so great! She always seems to be able to translate whatever I’m saying into an amazing hair color and cut. Her extensions are fabulous, as well.
Grace is amazing, too, for eyelashes, waxing and other treatments.
They also carry Baobab products. For anyone who colors their hair, the Healing and Repair shampoo and conditioner are a must. I don’t know of any product on the market that truly delivers like this one.

Grace is a goddess! If you need any aesthetician services, make sure to book with her! She is easy to talk to and makes your visit enjoyable. She is the master of eyebrow shaping and does a wonderful job at sugaring. I would recommend her to anyone any day!

I brought in a coupon as a first time customer that included a cut, color, and eyebrow waxing. I didn’t get the eyebrow wax because, I guess, they didn’t want to honor the coupon…
My color, highlights, was done poorly. I was not impressed with the color job, the wait time (there was only one other person there getting their hair done) and the customer service. Don’t offer coupons if you don’t intend on using them.
I won’t be back.

I’m giving an unreluctant 2 stars. I’d give a 1-​star rating, except for the fact that I feel I would have given a better rating for the two previous visits with the same stylist.
This literally has to be the most HORRIFYING experience I’ve ever had with a hair salon. Last year, I was referred to Sabbatha to fix my cut and color after another hair stylist from a different salon had done a number on my mane. She referred to my current disaster as «dog ears», and she wasn’t wrong. She was able to fix my cut and brassy color beautifully. I then saw her another time for a trim. No problem. The 3^rd time was the charm, I suppose. I asked her for a trim and wispier layers. Not only did she cut numerous 1 ½ inch cowlicks all around, but she literally CHOPPED off a HUGE section underneath the top layer of the right side of my head! I don’t have the best eyesight and need to be pretty close to a mirror to look at the details in my hair when getting it done, but I actually said, «Woah! It looked like you just cut off a huge chunk of my hair.» She continued fluffing my hair with one hand, assured me that she didn’t butcher it, and said she was texturizing it so it might look like she was cutting off more than she actually was. She texturized it a bit more and then sent me on my way. When I got home later that evening, I decided to look over my new cut. I was running my hands through my hair and was completely appalled to find a MAJOR gap that measured about 3 ½ inches wide (horizontal) by ¾ inch or more high (vertical) and only about an inch or less in length (there was a slant in the cut)!!! When I called to tell her that we needed to talk, she actually had the gall to play dumb and ask what it was about! She had to have known what she’d done since she continued on with «texturizing» my hair. Obviously she thought she had the texturizing scissors in her hand when it was actually the shears, but in order to do MORE texturizing, she would have had to switch the shears back out :-/​Why play dumb?! She replaced the missing hair with extensions, and said she was completely mortified by what she’d done and claims to have told her boss at the salon…
Either way, I never received so much as an apology, let alone a phone call, from the boss/​owner/​manager of the salon.

I continue to have good hair days! Thank you, Sabbatha! It’s because of my great hair cut! If you haven’t tried Swanky, you should! I always leave happy – and stay happy with my hair!

I’ve been a regular client here since last summer and I love it. I can’t really comment on the hair services, but I love Grace. She is really interesting to talk to and so flexible, since I’m usually really busy, she is always cool about rescheduling (I’ve had to reschedule almost every appointment!). I go here for sugaring and I love it, but it’s definitely a little pricey. Worth it though! She does a great job.

I see Grace when I come to Swanky, she does my Brazilian sugaring. ONLY SALON I HAVE FOUND THAT OFFERS THIS AND WAXING I have had the absolute best experiences with Grace. This is an intimate experience and have felt absolutely comfortable in their atmosphere. I have been a repeat and regular customer for months now, I have referred friends and co-​workers and get great referral benefits every time. My appointments are fast and professional and I have never left unsatisfied.

I’ve been here a few times. So-​so. Hate to rate an entire salon based on the one stylist I’ve seen. Usually feel a little rushed, stylist double booked me, and hair results are good enough. Everyone’s really nice and friendly… But when it comes down to dropping a couple hundred bucks each trip, the results are what I’m looking for.

I love this salon. Chloe is my aesthetician and Sabbatha is my hair stylist. They are both so talented and just simply fabulous. This is one of the best salons. I would recommend this salon to anyone!!!

I got my eyebrows done by Grace and they have never looked this good! It was also painless! I will be back for more!

The salon puts up a really good front! I like their culture and appearance a lot; as that’s what drew me to the place. The owner, Grace, was my waxer. On the phone when making my appointment 3 hours prior, I asked for a brow wax. When I laid on the overly fluffy and slippery blanket, she waxed my brow AND lip! I have NEVER had my lip waxed– because it doesn’t need it. She slapped wax so fast on my lip that I didn’t have a chance to stop her! I immediately said, «wait I have never had this done before! I didn’t ask for my lip waxed!» Grace thought I had asked. I never asked. I wouldn’t ask for that! Because the wax was on my lip, she had no choice but to wax it off. But she assured me that she wouldn’t charge me. What did she charge at the reception desk?! $ 25! Wow, what an expensive «brow wax.» I’m convinced she charged me for both the brow and lip. If she really did charge for just the brow, then that’s WAY too overpriced! I can’t pay $ 25 for a brow wax. The average price is $ 12 for brows. Give me a break!
I overheard lots of drama talk and rumors. The other hairdressers and staff were gossiping so much! I can’t believe how much I learned about random people’s lives from overhearing their conversations.
Final verdict: This business & owner is shady.

This place is AMAZING and my stylist Sabbatha is the best! She is the only one I will trust with my hair. She is seriously gifted. No matter what I want done to my hair (cut, color, extensions, up-​do, etc.) it always comes out looking great. Not only does she do an amazing job, but she is such a sweetie pie and a pleasure to chat with whether it be for a 5 min bang trim OR for the hours it takes to have extensions put in. Love her! So if you are looking for a place to get your hairs done, definitely stop by Swanky Couture and Salon and visit Sabbatha, you won’t regret it.

If you want the best of the best, call and book with Sabbatha! I am so picky about my hair and she does an amazing job every time. I have shoulder length hair that is finally growing because of her care, and my highlights are beautiful! I get compliments every where I go on my hair. Everyone is in the Salon is nice too, but Sabbatha is my girl! Parking is easy and the location is very convenient.

Couldn’t decide whether to give 1 or 2 stars. I had my haircut there about a month ago and it was just ok. My daughter wanted her haircut so we went there as a walk in. They did a good job on her trim. Then I sat in the chair for my complimentary bang trim (which is a great idea… free bang trim between cuts). I have never ever had someone ruin my bangs like the stylist did. I am hesitant to name her specifically at the moment until I speak with the salon. It was the worst bang trim I have ever experienced. I will not be going back there again, at least not with that specific stylist. She botched my bangs so bad that there is no way to hide her mistake. Can’t even pin them back until they grow out.

If you want hot, flirty lashes see Grace! She’s amazing!

I like having Grace take care of my eyebrows. The first time I went in, I was a little apprehensive as I have been burned by overly hot wax, over waxed and just left unhappy before. I was glad that she took my concerns and gave me what I needed and wanted. I know that I don’t have to worry about being burned and that I will have a very natural look when she is done with me. I will probably not go somewhere else until/​unless something prevents me from being able to go to Swanky.
