Sunrise Medical Campus

Every part I have been to on this campus, including medical office, optometry, lab… All the staff are great. I had some billing issues between my physicians office and my insurance. The woman at the billing department is great and was very helpful. I frequently go to for check ups and drop ins for injections, and each time they have been very efficient and quick. I have never had to wait long, even when there were a lot of other patients ahead of me. The wait time between the nurse and my physician has been extremely minimal.
The environment is comfortable and relaxing, very clean and new. They have cartoons playing in the lobby. I am confident with the service I receive here.

It should be known that this review speaks specifically of the pediatric portion of the clinic only.
After moving to the area we were pleased to find this clinic just down the road from our house. It was easy to get an appointment.
I wish our family had a better experience here. It’s so close to home and the kids’ schools. Unfortunately, the staff at this clinic are very cold. My family has more than its fair share of medical problems. Our oldest son has Autism, for instance, and we found this clinic unable to help us with this struggle. Not specifically treatment, but the refilling of necessary prescriptions and things of the sort was met with a strict business mentality that made our situations feel not cared for at all. Another situation that left us with a bad impression was trying to get a doctor’s note. How is something so simple met with so much unwillingness to help?
We have left the clinic for one four miles farther.

Really going to miss my doctor here! Such a clean office. The staff is always upbeat and friendly. It’s a beautiful building, look brand new and in a wonderful location.
They always have good movies on in the waiting room, lol, but you don’t get much of a chance to watch them cause they call you back fast. You can even make appointments online and email the doctor online at their website! Too cool of a place!

Very clean, pleasant office. This medical campus has a little of everything. It’s location is strategically placed to keep you from having to travel down Meridian with all the traffic and stop lights.
With work, I am in and out of several different clinics and other medical facilities. This is one of my favorites. It has a very calming affect on a person.
The kid play area in the waiting room is a great distraction/​attraction for the kids as we wait, yet separated from the main area leaving the noise there…
But where it really counts, I have ALWAYS been happy with their efficient and compassionate care.

We bring our son here and his Doctor is amazing. They are so helpful. I am currently sitting here in their convienent care which is a nicer way if saying urgent care. I believe I have a sinus infection. We will see.
This is a beautiful clean campus. I work in the medical field and I have seen some not so appealing facilities. When I am here I do not feel like I will get Gonorrhea-​syphil-​aids just by breathing the air.
I did not have to wait to long and I received great service.
