History

Established in 2000.

The Oral & Facial Surgery Center of Puyallup was founded in the year 2000 to serve the needs of eastern Pierce County. As the practice grew, Dr. Guillermo Chacon joined and expanded the scope of procedures offered to the community.

Dr. Chacon graduated from the University of Washington Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program in the year 2000 and are certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Business Owner

Dr. Chacon is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the Academy of Osseointegration, and the American Cleft Palate Craniofacial Association. Dr. Chacon is also a member of local, state, regional, national, and international Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and dental associations.

Dr. Chacon practices the full scope in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including the removal of teeth, surgical removal of wisdom teeth, dental implant reconstruction, facial and jaw reconstruction, facial cosmetic surgery procedures, office sedation, and general anesthesia.
