Linden park heated storage has been good to me for the last 6 years. ive had no problems with them what so ever. Molly is great… they have never been rude and they are cool to work with as long as u communicate.

I was at Linden Heated Storage in Puyallup and my unit door got stuck open. After calling for maintenance the manager returned to the air-conditioned office and left me to wait for 30 minutes in 90 degree heat for maintenance to arrive. Neither employee thanked me for my patience or apologized for my inconvenience. They did both explain how the doors often get stuck. When I questioned them as to their business conduct, the only response I received was excuses why their actions were above reproach.

I had the most RIDICULOUS experience today EVER! We have rented an RV space for near 2 years. I went into Linden Parks office in Puyallup to pay my bill and to get set up on an auto payment. I handed the gal my debit card for my husband & I joint account no questions making the payment, but she informed me that she could not set me up for auto pay because the account was under my husband name & not mine. The debit card provided had my name on it and the account has my husbands name on it. I have paid the bill out of this SAME exact account for the last 2 years! I was very confused as to WHY I couldn’t set up an auto payment but could make a payment. My husband’s name is on the bank account I was using! She informed me that he had to come in and authorize that I was allowed to SETUP a payment on his account! WE’REMARRIED! ITS A JOINTBANKACCOUNT! What the heck! You’d think I was trying to gain access to something amazing. Shoot, if someone was trying to make a payment and set it up so they get paid every month on time I’d be all for it! Long story short and an hour of my time wasted, I had to go home get a copy of my power of attorney, scan it and email it to the office manager. Now it’s okay…
