I became a Realtor at the end of the height of the market in 2007. Everyone thought I was crazy to get my license when I did — I knew it was the perfect time for me! I was able to learn that the best way to set the foundation for my business was through building rapport with my clients and providing excellent customer service through integrity — this belief system has helped me become the successful Realtor that I am today.

Listening to my clients and understanding their needs from the start of the relationship helps to diminish the stress and anxiety that can arise during the buying/selling process. I pride myself in being able to establish positive relationships with everyone involved in the transaction.
From the loan officer to the escrow agent and everyone in between, I believe that positive communication achieves greater results. A big part of a successful and smooth transaction is micro-managing all parties involved, if there isn’t good rapport, things can get stalled. I stay in constant contact during every phase of the process, making sure that everyone is doing what needs to be done to keep the transaction moving to close.
