I was unable to keep my first two appointments due to illnesses involving myself and one of my five children. When I finally did arrive for my first visit, I waited 45 minutes and was told it would still be another 10 minutes before I was put in a room. When I informed them I had another appointment and I would need to reschedule again, I was told not to come back as I was wasting their time. The staff is arrogant and rude.
