They did a fantastic job on my sisters Maltese. She has 3 and they made them look so great. Eyes were clean & hair short. They even put scarves on them after. So cute.

I’ve taken my goldendoodle to quite a few groomers since he was a puppy, but I was never fully satisfied with my experience’s…until I found these guys! The entire team are very friendly, highly experienced, and very efficient. Additionally, the facility is always clean!
I am so happy and relieved that I found Grooming Angel. Michael always delivers outstanding work with my Cooper! I highly recommend these guys.

Based on prior reviews I read, I decided to take my 9 month old Goldendoodle Bentley to this place for his first grooming session.
The groomer in charge of cutting him was a nice guy that came out and spoke to me about what I wanted. I simply said I wanted a shorter cut that was easy maintenance, as my dog liked to swim and his long wavy hair was difficult to keep clean. Seems easy enough, so I left him there and was told it would take about 5 hours.
It took 4 hours and 45 minutes for him to be done. Cost was expensive for a low maintenance clipper trim with no special styling ($ 100). Whatever, again, they quoted me just as much, so I have no real problem with that. That alone would get them 5 stars had that been the worst part of my experience.
My dog Bentley was happy as could be when I picked him up. They had trimmed him to about ½ inch everywhere except his head and tail. Everything seemed to be fine.
Initial inspection of him when I got home (Because I like to know if they did a quality job) was less than stellar. His ears were still full of hair (which they said they would pluck), he still had a significant amount of brown wax buildup in his ears, and they had shaved too close to him in various parts of his body, leaving him with razor-​burn on his belly and his armpits. The trim on his chest and stomach is uneven and patchy, and there are even some missed clumps on his legs where the hair is significantly and visibly longer than anywhere around.
That night, my dog was violently ill. I don’t know if it’s because they gave him a treat of some sort there that didn’t agree with him, but we’re talking all out explosive nastiness that required hours of cleaning, and the house still smells like it. It’s 4 days later, and my baby still has the worst case of diarrhea I’ve ever seen in a dog. We have a vet appointment today to get him checked out.

I just moved here and after reading reviews on several groomers I chose this one. I have to say the experience was great from start to finish and I will definitely be a regular customer. Brody from Las Vegas has found his new salon.

Amazing !!! My first time getting my one year old Saint Bernard groomed he was shedding like crazy !!! The staff was extremely sweet and very well handling with my nervous and resistant Olaf (my saint). About a hour after dropping him off I recieved a very nice call letting me know he was more relaxed which In fact made me feel better. Did I mention they accommodated my 155 pound baby the same day I called which was highly appreciated !!! Needless to say picking him up this afternoon he had a great furminater and had so much of the shedding hair gone :) smelled amazing along with the cutest tye dye bandana !!! I’m so happy I chose this place for OlAf

I took my Yorkie in to be groomed yesterday. We just moved up here, so I checked Unilocal first to find a reputable and these guys delivered. The shop is clean and all of the grooming is done up front so you know your dog is being treated right. They also have a backyard area and crates with fans and water in them so your pooch is comfortable while they wait for you to come get them… Highly recommended!

It’s been almost a week and my cat is still super soft. They were very timely considering I didn’t have an appointment, and had 5 cats ahead of mine. They took care of his shedding, and dandruff. I’m very pleased, and will be back! Thanks

I had a appointment at 8:00am with Michael to groom my 2 Westies. I have had problems in the past finding a good groomer. Well, Michael did a awesome job!!! Mr. Poppy and Miss Maddie were finished within a few hours. Not the typical all day that other groomers in the past has done.
I will definitely be returning! thanks Michael!

I work at PetSmart and I always take my dog there considering I know the groomers very well. They’ve been very busy and didn’t have time this week that worked with my schedule so I found this place! I read all of the reviews and I’m so glad I gave them a shot!
My dog is very shy around people she doesn’t know, but especially at the groomers. I was nervous dropping her off, but she came back looking so pretty and clean! I just had the basic bath, trim, etc. done, but the lady (maybe the owner?) gave me suggestions on what I should do next time.
The receptionist was friendly, the staff I talked to was friendly, and my dog came back happy and smelling very good. They even added a hair accessory and a bandana which was a nice touch.
Even though I love going to the place I work for grooming, this place is closer and I will definitely be going back.

I would like to commend Jordan Williams on the way she has handle my cats when I have had to have their nails trimmed. She has been doing the trimming for a while now and my cats have become accustom to her touch. I adopted a new cat recently (found living on the Street in Kent’s Central Ave by the Denny’s and 405) that was in need of an overly due nail clipping. We weren’t sure how he would react to her. Him being a street cat and all. Well, she looked at him and he looked at her and there ended up being nothing to worry about. She managed to clip his nails in less then two minutes without a single drop of blood from either cat nor person being shed. Not only that, but he let her give him a head rub when she was through. I can not recommend Jordan enough, as I feel she is the best of what she does.

I’m still so ashamed at the lack of professionalism from grooming pet salon. I try to voice my opinion and am publicly attacked not once but twice by the owners affiliate. I don’t support any business that refers to my child and dogs as «wild animals.» How very distasteful of you. Shame on this company.

This grooming salon is THEE BEST IN WA! The salon is kept very clean. The staff is SUPER friendly and our dogs LOVE it there. Our dogs have been skittish at other groomers, but when I ask my dogs if they «want to go see Jan?» They bark with glee and excitement. SERIOUSLY! I can’t even mention going unless it’s truly time to go.
We’re blessed to live so close to Grooming Angel; but even if we didn’t id make the drive to this place.

We just moved here from Radcliff, KY and needed a new groomer for our giant schnauzer. They were very welcoming and sweet to our fur baby. Her haircut was great and she came out wagging her tail. We will back soon!

I had been looking for a new groomer for about a month, because my standard schnauzer had been terrorized at another place we’d been taking him to (when I say terrorized I mean like cook spoons and choker chains…). So my dog was pretty rough looking when we brought him in because I waited a while after his last excursion to a groomer– he had burrs and tangles in his beard that I couldn’t get out, long nails he refused to let me trim, and smelled like dog. lol
When we arrived, Beefy was really really nervous, but he didn’t pee like he did at the other place (which he hasn’t done since he was 4 months old before then… he is almost 6 years now), so I took that as a good sign. My husband and I told the ladies at the front what Beefy had gone through at the other grooming place, and they were all very understanding that he might be a little skittish. Heidi said she didn’t know if she’d be able to save Beefy’s beard because of all the tangles from the burrs, but she would do her best.
When we picked Beefy up, he looked amazing, and he had a giant smile! He looked so good we even had people asking if he was a full schnauzer (he’s a mix)! Heidi managed to save Beefy’s beard by taking a little extra time and putting some extra conditioner in it to get all the tangles and everything out. We even had his teeth cleaned and the ladies said he did wonderfully! I’m so relieved that Beefy was happy to be there and had a good experience with these gals. We even got him a cupcake to have afterward, and he devoured it.
I also really liked the way the shop was set up– all the pups on the grooming tables looked super happy (there was seriously a smiling Pomeranian getting groomed when we went in to pick up Beefy lol), and all the crates are set up so that even if all the grooming tables are busy, all the dogs can be monitored at all times, and aren’t just stuck in a back room some place waiting around perhaps without water or something.
The prices are very fair, and to be honest, even if they costed a bit more I’d pay it. You can really tell that all the ladies, as well as the owners, are very passionate about what they do and that they truly care for your pup like he’s their own when you drop them off. Definitely an excellent experience for us and Beefy, and we’ll be going back as long as they’re there.

Where do I begin with how amazing grooming angels is, today was my first time visiting with my English mastiff Dodger. He’s quite timid so getting him in the door while the other dogs were barking took a minute, but the two ladies working were so present and friendly they greeted us like they’ve been seeing us for years. I do have to say my dog was NOT on his best behavior, he in fact was a complete uncooperative **** he has never like bath time! But my husband had taken to him to another groomer and they had said he did great! I was so thankful that the ladies there were so patient with his foolishness. By the time we left I needed a drink or two and I’m sure they did as well! But they kept their cool & I was so thankful for that! They didn’t even show one ounce of frustration which I’m sure he caused enough of! So thank you grooming angels for giving me the best first experience of your salon considering the mess my dog was! I hopefully will be returning at least for a nail trim often in hopes he will get acclimated to the salon life.

Love these guys and I know they love our German Shepherd Roxi and Ragdoll cat Picard. I guess we are lucky because we have behaved animals but the girls do a great job on them both. We get Picard the lion cut and he must love it because when he gets home, he runs around all crazy like a wild animal, lol.

Love Jan, Laurie, Heidi, and the rest of the girls. Bella has been going to them since they first opened and we wouldn’t dare take her to any other groomers. They are always so nice. I can tell by the way Bella perks up and starts wagging her tail at any mention of Jan, Laurie, Heidi, or haircut that they treat her well and she is happy to visit them for her spa day.

We’ve been taking our dog here for a few years now, they’re always so sweet and greet her by name and give her a hug before they start anything. We’ve moved farther away (used to live around the corner) and their fair prices and amazing staff will always keep us coming back!
